Terms & Conditions:
1. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. 2. A non-refundable 25% deposit of the total will be due with signed booking agreement. Full payment is to be received 2 weeks prior to the event. 3. Event accommodation is subject to availability. 4. Any special dietary requirements must be made known to the hotel at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. 5. All party nights bookings require food selection to be pre-ordered 14 days before the event. 6. No beverages other than those bought on the Hotel premises may be consumed. 7. Minimum numbers apply for all Christmas parties.
